Atlantic Dermatology Associates, P.A. offers four providers who all assist with the treatment of skin care needs. There are two board certified dermatologists, Dr. Jonathan Crane and Dr. Ronald Benjamin as well as two physician assistants, Patricia Hood, PA-C and Kelly Britt, PA-C. Our office specializes in medical, surgical, laser, and cosmetic dermatology treatment, as well as clinical research. As far as cosmetic treatments we offer several skin rejuvenation services as well as make-up and anti-aging skin products. The clinical research department is involved in multiple clinical trials. The professionally trained staff can help guide the patient to ensure their needs are individually met.

Dr. Jonathan Crane has been a board certified dermatologist since 1994. He has been in practice for himself since 1994. The practice started in 1994 currently occupies 9,000 sq feet and is expanding into an office of 20,000 sq feet (we will be moving in mid June 2009). Dr Crane has published over 100 articles and is one of Allergans’ National Educators for Botox injection training. Dr Crane has pioneered multiple innovative procedures such as the treatment of irregular pigmentation and skin tightening with the 755 wave length laser. This laser device trial took place from 2/15/02 and concluded on 4/19/04. He wrote the first article on this procedure it was the feature article in Cosmetic Dermatology in August 2003. Dr Crane was recognized by Candela Laser Company for innovation in laser medicine Feb. 2005. Another treatment that Dr. Crane pioneered was utilizing an Ellman Surgitron FFPF for wrinkled, sagging skin or bags under the eyes. He wrote the first article on this treatment also. This article was published in the Journal of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology in September 2008.
